Our company’s translation prices are calculated based on the number of words in the source language document (in the original). We will establish a price for the specific project in advance, as well as agree on a mutually convenient execution deadline.
For the most popular language combinations (Latvian, Russian, German, and English), the price of the written translation services already includes proofreading by a native speaker.
The price of the written translation and interpreting is affected by the execution deadline of the order. In case of urgent orders, higher project costs must be considered, regarding which our project managers will inform you immediately.
The price of written translations and interpreting is not affected by the specifics or complexity of the industry!

For corporate clients placing translation orders, we offer a 5% discount on language training for the company’s employees!

PRICE CALCULATION
The unit of the price calculation is the number of words in the source language.
The exact number of words can be determined using Wordcount ( Tools / Wordcount / Words ) for the documents available in electronic format.
Calculation formula of the price for written translations: translation price per word x number of words in the source language = price per order (excluding VAT).
The above-mentioned price calculation does not apply to translations intended for certification by a notary.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
We offer legal entities the opportunity to enter into a cooperation agreement, within which we can provide the following payment terms:
- when placing an order with our company for the first time, the customer receives the order only after payment of the invoice;
- post-payment with an invoice after each project (usually we recommend this option for large projects);
- post-payment with an invoice for the period (usually we recommended this for customers with a large number of small orders);
- post-payment with an invoice once a month.
We offer corporate clients and individuals the opportunity to pay invoices with payment cards, in cash at our office, by PayPal, or by bank transfer.
